We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Executive, Capability Development. In this role, you will be supporting the Head of Capability Development to drive various education and training programmes in SACEOS, to help MICE companies reskill, upskill and cross-skilling their employees as they transform to meet today’s changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare training materials and disseminate to learners

· Coordinate with trainers, managing their schedules and ensuring all requirements are met for successful training sessions.

· Facilitate engagements with training/education providers, including reviewing subject matters, submitting learners' details, and managing credit hours.

· Act as a point of contact for training enquiries, liaising with HR to confirm courses, provide guidance on grant/funding submissions, and manage course schedules and learner details.

· Oversee venue logistics, including booking rooms, arranging layouts, ensuring A/V equipment availability, and managing F&B requirements.

· Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.

· Schedule appointments and meetings.

· Undertake any other ad hoc events duties as assigned.

• Assist the HR Manager to oversee the HR Department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions
• Assist in payroll related matters

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field

Job Scope:

• The job role involves managing the full set of accounts for two or three companies, including general ledger management and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash flow, supporting audit and tax documentation, managing accounts payable, reconciling intercompany transactions, maintaining fixed asset records, preparing audit schedules and bank reconciliations, and handling internal communications and filings.

The Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) was formed in 2016 to be the central coordinating platform for translational research and multi-centre clinical trials for thoracic malignancies in the Asia Pacific region. It is hosted by National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Executive will provide administrative support mainly for the ATORG team and the Principal Investigator (PI) in other aspects outside of ATORG. This role provides opportunities to interact internationally with healthcare institutions, industry partners and vendors, apart from internal functions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support including managing PI’s schedules, reimbursements, handling correspondence, minutes taking and organizing meetings with internal team and external committee meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) of ATORG’s network in APAC.
• Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for PI and KOLs.
• Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring availability and placing orders when necessary
• Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed efficiently.
• Assistance with research administration, which may include grant management (application, tracking of progress, reporting), purchase requisitions, consultancy agreements and documentation for scientific activities

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts periodically.

General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and update the general ledger for accurate record-keeping.
• Able to independently handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

Financial Reporting:
