We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable candidate specializing in Policy Administration. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who excels as an individual contributor, bringing deep expertise in policy administration processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of policy-related activities, particularly for new business issuance and renewal processing for Group Business. You will report to the Team Lead, Enterprise Business Operations and work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation of the Billing section of Enterprise Business Operation Department.

Job Description:

Policy Administration Expertise:

• Manage and support assigned portfolios to ensure BAU activities are carried out with high level of accuracy, efficiency and within the agreed turnaround time. This includes but not limited to issuance of bills, policy contracts and endorsements.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of complex policy administration tasks, aligning with client expectations and company standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement and Documentation:

• Identify areas for process improvement within policy administration and contribute to the development and implementation of enhancements.
• Define and document business requirements specific to policy administration, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory standards.
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements, ensuring that new functionalities meet business requirements and improve policy administration processes.

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on policy documentation and administration processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any findings promptly.

Stakeholder Communication and Technical Support:

• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on policy administration matters, providing clear and concise communication.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the policy administration team, helping resolve complex issues and escalations.
• Other Ad hoc assigned tasks based on business needs

We're looking for a Senior Softeware QA engineer to deliver our vision of a secure marketplace for natural rubber and other software products for the natural rubber supply chain. Responsibilities:

• Review functional requirements, specifications, and documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases - both manual as well as automated.
• Automate the detection of quality, functional and performance issues in APIs and frontends actively where possible.
• Design, develop and execute automation testing suites and integrate them in our CI/CD pipelines.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document and verify bug fixes effectively.
• Develop and track quality assurance metrics.
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners and business analysts to understand requirements, develop and design testing suites.
• Manage and plan QA team to meet project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Stay up to date with new testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Lead QA engineers towards their goals.

Requirements:

• Exposure in digital trading platforms and enterprise solutions.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance - both automated and manual.
• Strong knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, Java.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes including experience to use Git and/or Github.
• Good knowledge on execution of e2e testing.
• Proven knowledge on automated code testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.
• A passion for computer programming and a deep curiosity to learn and absorb new technologies quickly.
• Good communication skills to advocate your ideas in a clear and concise manner to the team.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing especially in ISO27001 environment is a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related certification is a plus

Desired Skills:

• Working with AWS cloud applications and understanding of AWS S3, RDS, Athena would be a plus.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive tests. As a member of the Quality Engineering team, you will work closely with the development, BA and support teams to understand the application’s features and architecture to develop test cases to ensure that the application’s UI / API / Data layers are thoroughly tested before releasing into production.

Principal Responsibilities

• Become an SME of the application and utilize that knowledge to own and drive end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire SDLC from project test planning, requirement review, test design, test execution, test reporting and sign off.
• Design, build,and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable automated test cases using in house automation framework libraries and open-source frameworks to achieve highest possible test automation coverage.
• Be a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers and product owners to release highest quality products.
• Build,maintain, and troubleshoot automated test execution environments/pipelines.
• Work with SDETs to suggest and contribute new features/changes to central framework library and tools.
• Work with QA team members to achieve upstream/downstream integration testing.

Qualifications / Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in Test Automation Harness Development or Software Development using Java, Junit
• Experience with test automation for Appian is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and nomenclature, experience with various trading or back-office systems is desired but not
• required.
• Proven track record of building test automation frameworks and integrating automated testing tools with them.
• Proficient in Java / Python with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Strong Web Automation using Selenium or similar tools (preferably Playwright)
• Strong API Test Automation using Rest Assured or similar tools
• Experience with CI / CD from test automation perspective.
• Abilities to solve complex problems with practical, maintainable and scalable solutions
• Strong technical skills, practical knowledge of SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and tracing root cause.
• Experience in automated testing of distributed systems / solutions.
