The product manager drives the development of key bancassurance-focused products.

Job Description:

The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. In instances where there is limited product information available, product manager will need to engage reinsurance for experience sharing.
• Engage stakeholders through product proposition presentations and soliciting product feedback from Partnership distribution to work with pricing team and reinsurers to develop products that meet customer’s needs while achieving business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Raw, Crust grading and Selection department’s quality activities and processes, evaluate their performances and ensure that improvements are implemented to meet customer requirements as well as company objectives
• Lead, in cooperation with Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor, activities associated with raw skins quality
• Lead, in cooperation with Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor, activities associated with tanned skins quality (crust)
• Support Raw, Grading and Selection (RGS) supervisor and team in day-to-day activities pertaining to raw, crust grading and selection activities
• Support production tanning team and quality team with the review of quality rejects and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CA) activities
• Lead, manage and implement continuous improvement projects for quality processes, activities, and controls
• Maintain and improve, in cooperation with senior quality engineer in charge of ISO 9001 certification, quality system documents (ISO 9001) associated with Raw, Crust grading and selection including work instructions, records, quality specifications and guides
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Data Analytics / Quality or related fields
• 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the craftsmen industry

Job Summary:

The QA Assistant is responsible for compiling manufacturing record books (MRB) for customers and reviewing quality records to ensure compliance to requirements.

Responsibilities:

• QA Assistant report directly to QA Manager and functionally to Plant Support Team Lead for job prioritization.
• Compilation of manufacturing record book (MRB) for customers in accordance with Company Engineering Bill-of-Material.
• Generate and issue Certificates of Compliance (COC) per Company policy.
• Liaise with respective departments, suppliers and customer representatives.
• Review and release of Quality records (in-house and supplier) in accordance with Company Engineering Bill-of-Material.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.

To support in the performance of QA Engineering functions such as performing quality inspections, wafer processing and other activities that may be required.

• Work under supervision of QA Manager to meet and improve the response time.
• Perform QA inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts and components used in the manufacture of products, partially assembled, or finished products.
• Accurately document the QA results of the inspections and testing done during incoming, outgoing, and in-process inspection
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor and other relevant people.
• Approves finished QA products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documents QA inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. Maintain all controlled document files and inspection records in a timely and in an accurate manner.
• Support QMS documentation and other QA activities as assigned.
• Systematically document procedure, monitor revisions and implement Quality Systems in the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in handling QMS documentation and Quality audits.
• Able to use standard microscope and other QA inspection tools.
