Responsibilities

• Set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document results in accordance with procedures.
• Familiar with the scope and limitations of the method in which certified and as directed, be capable of providing the necessary guidance to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
• Familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the methods including the scope and limitations of each technique/method.
• Conduct system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standard.
• Develop and manage procedures and inspection technique (sheets) for NDT Level 3 approval.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
• Possess at least 400 hours of performing FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection)-Aerospace and at least 2 year of experience in dealing with aircraft structures, engines and/or components, or acceptable alternative training or experience.
• Pass the near vision eye test at Snellen 20/25, Jaeger 1 or its equivalent and the colour perception test.
• Possess experience in P&W FPM Code 07 and ASTM 1417 Type 1 D4 a/d specifications.
• Possess certification of a current NAS410 / EN4179 / PCN / ASNT or SNT-TC-1A.
• Possess basic knowledge of product manufacturing, inspection technology and aircraft engine maintenance.
• Possess good working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and possess working knowledge of SAP.
• Good team player with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Your Role

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health
• To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams

• Develop and update automated test cases, test plans, and test framework to align with requirements and policy changes.
• Conduct a variety of tests, including manual, functional, performance, and exploratory tests, to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience of quality testing with hands-on automation.
• Proficient in CI/CD.

Job Purpose

You will report to the Risk and System Assurance Manager, Thomson East Coast Line Safety, Security & Quality Office (TEL SSQO) where you will assist on (1) risk and hazard management; (2) Operation Safety Submission audits; and (3) Workplace Safety & Health related matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist STEL in coordinate, track, follow up and report on risk management and WSH risk assessment matters
• Assist Risk and System Assurance Manager in OSS Preparation
• Assist Risk and System Assurance Manager in hazard log preparation or review
• Assist Risk and System Assurance Manager in reviewing modifications in terms of safety towards O&M
• Able to liaise with relevant STEL O&M branches where necessary
• Supporting TEL Safety, Security and Quality branches whenever relevant and required
• Proficient in using Microsoft offices

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in engineering with 2/3 years’ experience working in safety or quality.

Skills

• Additional experience in risk assessment and/or ISO 9001 will be a plus.
