Job Description:

• Conduct full range of audit for listed companies and SMEs, both in Singapore and overseas, from planning to completion, meet deadline consistently, a reliable and well organised team member

• Develop good problem solving skills and provide sound recommendation of management actions based on industry research, insightful analysis and investigation

• Manage stress and emotions under challenging situation - coach junior employees, communicate clearly, share learnings

• Maintain awareness of market trends and indsutry factors impacting the client, to be able to lead non-complex client meeting

Requirements:

• Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms

• Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure

• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently

• Good communication skills, both oral and written

Job Summary:

• Basic $4,000 - $4,500

Job Scopes:

• Liaise with Head of Internal Audit to develop and acheive work objectives.
• Conduct internal audit across various areas including operations, finance, HR, administration, manufacturing and IT.
  Perform interview, examines documents and prepare work papers.
• Identify control activity weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes.
• Prepare a timely audit report that outlines audit issues, assesses risks, and provides recommendations.
• Prepare accurate and detailed work paper documentation in line with the Internal Audit Department's established documentation standards.
• Work closely with IT department on IT General Control (ITGC) assessment.
• Update and maintain process flowcharts in compliance with J-SOX requirements.
• Assist with the annual J-SOX audit conducted by the external auditor.
• Provide advisory support for internal control policy development, financial due diligence, and investigative services.
• Conduct special audits as requested by the Audit Committee or the Board of Directors.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects or reviews as assigned periodically.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Knowledge in accounting principles and practices, audit testing and control, and IT audit and security.
• Comfortable to travel overseas.
• Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Singaporean only.

Must Experience in the usage of Bim MEP (Revit / Navis / NWD Software and 3D ) model to submit the drawing to clients

Prepare the materials BOQ to procurement team

Observation of the Safety violation and Correcting the unsafe works

Prepare the RA, SWP and MOS as per client required
