You will assist the Quality Manager to manage document control, accreditation compliances, and submission of quality reports for accreditation and for hospital management. You will be involved in various audits as well as documentation of audit reports and follow-ups. Other duties include preparation for quality management reviews, external quality assurance reviews, customer service surveys, follow-up of risk management and root cause analysis. You are expected to work amicably with other departments in hospital improvement projects.
