Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
• Lead the development of the business case as well as the budget for the digital systems.
• Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks.
• Effectively engage and manage the vendors to deliver digital solutions and services.
• Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedures and systems are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in IT related fields.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, full SDLC implementation in agile.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• PMP certification.
• Prior experience managing the delivery of government projects and knowledge of IM8.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years of experience
• Strong experience in global/multi-national pharmaceutical environment, including direct experience either in Labeling, Regulatory Submissions, or Regulatory Affairs role
• Extensive business experience at required level to enable thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with strategic pursuit and tactical application of evolving business processes
• Experience in coaching, developing and influencing people at various levels of the organization
• Excellent knowledge of tools used to design processes and process flows, etc.
• Strong consultation, project management and relationship building skills and a proven track record of leading diverse cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Master's degree

A. Main Responsibilities

The duties & responsibilities are mainly classified into the below categories: -

1.Administrative works

· Project Cost Estimation.

· Responsible for Attaining Final Account and Collections.

· Track and Control Cost against Project Budget to Avoid Cost Overruns.

· Procurement and goods received on site

2.Site Management for overall

· Schedule Planning.

· Mobilization of Works & Equipments.

· Co-ordination and Oversees all Works.

· Control and Co-ordinate Subcontractors.

· Control work site discipline, workflow and documents control

· Enforce the Company’s Quality System.

· Site Progress Monitoring.

· Liaison with Client’s Representative, authorities and Consultants.

· Assist Quantity Surveyor in Measuring Works Done.

· Managing Manpower, Materials, equipment and machinery.

· Review and submit report and make sure proper documentation

3.Ensuring Quality, Green and Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.

4.Prepare the presentation slide for tender interview and technical support on tender

5.Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
