1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assist the Area Manager in terms of control and guidance in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines. 1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

We would love to hear from you if you have

• Extensive aviation background/experience in positions involved in safety, operations, certification and/or regulation of civil air transport operations (strong preference given to candidates with experience as a pilot).
• Qualifications in aviation management or other relevant discipline (relevant professional qualifications may be considered in lieu of a university degree).
• A high degree of analytical skill and technical knowledge in the provision of air transport services with knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices, industry best practices and civil aviation operational procedures.
• An understanding of air safety investigation and/or risk-based airline auditing in a multidisciplinary environment would be beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety information sharing programs and data management methodology.

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the CareHub team including Call Centre Officers (CCOs) who are helming CareHub, to draft, develop and implement requirements (including IT systems) and collaborative workflows and SOPs to bring plans into reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives. You will ensure that CCOs are properly trained and supported by a relevant knowledge management system to support handling of enquiries in the most professional and timely manner.

• Manage key accounts, including account planning, forecasting, sales, ensuring attainment of company sales goals and business objectives
• Own and drive business metrics for business expansion and customer satisfaction
• Leading pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts. Build sales pipeline and pitch proposals for technology integration solutions. Manage complex sales cycle selling to CXOs.
• Preparing techno-commercial proposals and leading negotiations with partners/customers. Liaison with clients for RFI, RFQs, requirement gathering, and solution delivery.
• Work closely with the Applications team to assess and build desired solutions to address customer needs and successful delivery of the solutions.
• Establish and execute partner and customer enablement programs to drive optimal usage and best practices for our products and solutions
• Work closely with Product team to build and lead the pitch for product’s value proposition to customers

Skills and Experience

• 5+ yrs of sales and business development experience in high-tech products
• Demonstrated ability to engage and nurture executive-level relationships
• Experience preparing and driving techno commercial proposals and account plans
• Strong Factory Automation / Precision Manufacturing / Automation domain knowledge, experience, and professional network
• The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
• Excellent stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and people management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top tier institute preferably in technology. Master's Degree / MBA is preferredBA is preferred

Job Description & Requirements

Duties include responsible for facilitating and supervising day to day operations at a store and work along side

with store managers, dispathcers and drivers effectively to make sure entire operation run smoothly and drivers

able to achive delivery on time (DOT)

1. Learn and familiarize dedicated transport management system

2. Assign and optimize best routes for driver to ensure utmost optimal path are allocating for each drivers

3. Allocating task for dispatchers and make sure they execute task accodingly

4. When in need, you will need to fill in despatcher role including

4.1 Scanning QR code

4.2 Collecting totes and cooler box from basement to dispatch area

4.3 Loading goods from dispatch area to loading bay at basement for drivers to collect

5. Monitoring and ensure each driver load all the goods to van before leaving for delivery

6. Ensure all failed delivery from driver return to the person in charge at the store

7. Communiate and sync with other store managers and person in charge on dedicated communication platform to ensure operation run smoothly

8. Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
