Job Description & Requirements
Implementation and maintenance of all quality and food safety control processes are in compliance to company’s standard, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC, Halal and local statutory requirement.
Job Descriptions
• Implementation and management of food safety (HACCP)
• Establish/review HACCP study, food safety & quality policy, manual and SOPs
• Control and maintenance of ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC, Halal and local statutory requirement supportive documentations
· Involve in incoming quality check, product sensory, on-line critical control points, food product testing & verification
• Perform QA audit at central kitchen and outlets and prepare QA analysis reports for non-conformance
• Maintain consistent documentations all records and audit reports
• To monitor the overall quality and food safety of the operation from receiving to delivery and to recommend corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Including setting up of necessary systems to achieve this
• Ensuring ingredient and finished product safety and quality
• Ensure proper cleaning & personnel hygiene in production and delivery team
• Internal staff training on quality and food safety
• Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice
• To perform site inspections for continuous feedback and track improvements
• Enforce good food safety and good workplaces practices for continuous improvement
• Conduct joint food incident investigations to monitor rectification actions are adhered to
• Support monthly pest control program with contractor
• Perform aseptic microbiological samplings and testing for food products and hand swabs
• Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Food & Beverage / Culinary Management or Business related
• Diploma in Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
• Relevant QA/QC experience in handling ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC, Halal and local statutory requirement documentation and records
• Familiar with SFA, NIP, COA and microbial testing knowledge will be an advantage
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA industry/environment
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Good problem solver and self-confidence in decision-making
• A leader with strong influential and coaching skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and lead by example with a hands-on approach
• Must possess Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate and SFA
• Strong understanding of ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC, and Halal requirements
