Major Responsibilities:
Provide Leadership for the Supplier Quality team as a senior specialist in the absence of the manager and Supervisor
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, processes and procedures, contributing to the execution of strategies and oversight of Supplier Quality programs
Execute and provide oversight on procedures to ensure that incoming materials including raw materials and commodities received at our Company to meet approved company policies and processes.
Manage investigations arising from materials nonconformity with cross functional team.
Serves as the primary contact to review and follow up on Supplier Qualification documentation (e.g. Approved Supplier Lists, Quality Questionnaires, customer complaints, Supplier packages etc.) and activities (e.g. supplier audits, supplier review, supplier change notification etc.)
Prepare, maintain and facilitate review of the GMP documentations (Quality Technical Agreement and Internal Quality Technical Agreement)
Coordinate site supplier quality issues (such as deviations), audit assessments and subsequent follow-up actions.
Support global supplier quality team initiatives or other site improvement projects. Perform review/audit of Incoming material inspection package which includes receiving, sampling and testing compliance. Completion of Incoming Raw Material checks and release and the administration of Quality Logs, e.g. QA Hold.Review / Approve material master data set up for new material introduction.

Job Description
Strengthen relationships with current customers, ensuring consistent satisfaction with products and services.
Identify opportunities for improving or expanding product offerings within existing accounts.
Actively prospect for new customers by identifying market needs, analyzing customer requirements, and introducing alternative or innovative chemical products.
Leverage customer feedback to drive product development and offer suitable alternatives based on market demand.
Collaborate with both customers and suppliers to evaluate products and provide feedback.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to suppliers, offering data and insights that could lead to product enhancements or new grade introductions.
Introduce alternative product grades based on feedback from customers and supplier suggestions.
Prepare, review, and deliver accurate pricing and product quotations to potential and existing customers in a timely manner.
Ensure alignment with customer expectations and company margins.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
Source and evaluate suppliers from various countries, utilizing the company's global subsidiary network to find cost-effective and high-quality products.
Expand supplier base beyond the main headquarters (e.g., Japan), focusing on alternative suppliers for competitive advantage.
Take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring excellent customer service.
Regularly communicate with customers to identify pain points and ensure resolution.
Submit regular sales activity reports to the Assistant Sales Manager, detailing accomplishments, challenges, and customer updates.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to monitor progress.
Gather and submit data required for budget meetings held in June and December, supporting financial planning and forecasting.
Provide insights into sales trends, product demand, and potential opportunities or risks.
Handle any other duties or special projects assigned by senior management, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the sales department.
The Successful Applicant
At least a 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the chemical industry or a closely related field (e.g., manufacturing, materials science etc).
Experience in B2B sales is often highly valued.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Highly motivated and proactive approach to potential business and establish good relationship with customers and suppliers.

· Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate with project managers and clients to plan installation schedules, taking into account resource availability, project timelines, and customer requirements.
· Team Management: Lead and supervise installation teams, including technicians, contractors, and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
· Site Preparation: Coordinate site visits to assess installation requirements, including site layout, equipment placement, and logistics for materials delivery.
· Resource Allocation: Manage resources such as equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure smooth and timely installation processes.
· Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations, conducting inspections and resolving any issues or deficiencies.
· Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the installation process, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams.
· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on installation progress, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as needed.
· Problem-solving: Identify and address challenges or obstacles that may arise during installation, developing solutions and making decisions to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in installation management.
· Experience in installation tools and equipment
· Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects.
