Job Responsibilities:

As a full-time Scrum Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple agile projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a detailed project plan, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as a servant leader to empower the team, remove impediments, and improve collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work effectively.

• Identify project risks and work proactively to mitigate them.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and managing conflicts.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
