As part of the Global Materials Supply (GMS) Team, The Senior Materials Manager will lead the GMS TNF Fabric team that services TNF Global and Regional fabric sourced through the Asia Sourcing Office in Asia Region. With a team of approximately 10 associates based in 5 different countries, the individual is responsible for driving the TNF Material Sourcing strategy and managing an efficient material supply model that ensures quality, cost and timely delivery of all raw material. The leader is responsible for building and developing a cohesive materials team across countries that maximizes “One VF” scale in leverage through analytics and brings a procurement mindset to the organization. The role has extensive focus to operationally connect with Brands, Sourcing, Costing, Quality, Finance, and Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability organizations and Suppliers. Material Sourcing Strategy

· Map and drive long- and short-term Asia material supply strategy execution plan for TNF factoring in footprint movements, supply models, lead times, profitability, sustainable materials, brand and sourcing needs
