Objectives of the position:

Opportunity:

Purpose of Role:

Destination Services is mainly based on the welfare policies provided by the company, providing relocation services for cross-border transfers, new hire employees, and international assignments. This role is to support the regional destination service lead in APAC, in all potential operations matters for day to day work, as well as accompanying project work for the function.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed monitoring of the Destination Services Tracker to ensure that the data collection is robust, vendors are keeping to SLAs, and spotting any errors.
• Ensure that service delivery of services from vendors is of high quality (meeting the standards made clear via internal documentation), as well as ensuring that communication in internal communication platforms is clear, concise, and meeting documentation standards for proper audit trails and record keeping.
• Spot checks factual accuracy and guidance in internal communication platforms, and escalates to the regional Destination Services Lead (DSL) if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
• Be the first point of contact for employees reaching out for clarification internally, as well as to bring escalations and deeper questions to DSL for further investigation.
• Assist with data review projects as needed.
• Responsible for editing and translation of new Destination Service Guides for all APAC locations, and support quarterly review cycle as needed.
• Review various systems of record for accuracy, and communicate with suppliers/HROP/and other stakeholders as needed
• Assign new cases to the vendors, including monitoring for data accuracy and ensure timely follow up of all services once authorized
• Answer base level queries from vendors/employees.
• Support as 2nd pair of eyes for DSL, for daily casework.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 3 years of work experience in a relevant HR/Process Operations field.
• Proficient in Excel (vlookup/hlookup/conditional formatting/pivot tables/etc) or other data processing tools
• Good experience in reconciliation and data analysis, with good communication skills and proactive service awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

• Will work along with the Support Lead, take up support tickets assigned, probe the issue, and give possible resolution within the Turn Around Time.

• Candidates will be trained in client products to give end to end resolutions on usual technical issues raised.

• Candidates will be receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving issues that arises out of our products in any contact center production environment.

• Job profile involves travel to Customer Site across the globe on need basis to perform any support related activities on Client Products.

• Must perform technical troubleshooting on our products implemented at customer site by taking a remote session (or) by coordinating with onsite engineer.

• May have to extend regular work timings (if required) while working on Support tasks assigned.
