The core products are gaming platform apps that offer a collection of over a thousand games. They boast 15 million registered users, 900,000 daily active users, and 500,000 paying daily active users.

Job Description (JD)
- Responsible for planning online platform activities, including the overall activity schedule and the design of gameplay for each activity node; conduct optimization research to achieve different business goals such as promotion and Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR).
- Monitor and analyze activity data, conduct post-event reviews, and provide insights from the activities. Propose optimization and iteration plans for future activities.
- Possess strong data analysis skills, predict activity effects based on historical data before the event.
- Establish efficient activity execution standards and continuously optimize and improve activity operation processes.
- Demonstrate strong project rhythm control and communication skills with various departments to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
Qualifications:
- Hold a college degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in event operations; familiar with the operation methods and processes of events.
- Possess product-oriented, user-oriented, and operational thinking. Combine business goals with the analysis of target audiences and user needs to consider and formulate event plans.
- Have excellent stress resistance and outstanding cross-department communication skills. Demonstrate collaboration skills, excellent execution, and a sense of teamwork, and willingly share knowledge.
- Possess a certain level of data analysis skills. Clearly break down Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and, through data, identify issues, summarize and produce analysis reports to continually enhance event effectiveness.
- Work diligently and responsibly, and excel in communication with colleagues.
