• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN) & security (FW, NAC) solutions tailored to client needs
• Configure and install routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues escalated by support teams
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Propose and implement improvements to network performance, security, capacity, and scalability
• Participate in project deployments, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of network & security solutions

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the networking field, preferably with a systems integrator
• Hands-on experience with wired and wireless networking deployment
• Aruba Wired or Wireless certification is a must
• Well-versed with the different types of network routing and switching technology.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and products.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in network management, control, security, and monitoring
• Good experience with firewalls, VPNs, remote implementations, and troubleshooting
• The ability to set up and configure server hardware will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will grow HICC Pet’s online & offline presence and drive community engagement. You will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, managing email marketing, promoting our showroom, and boosting search visibility. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Oversee APAC social media accounts, working with the digital agency for content creation, campaign execution, ad management, and collaborations with KOCs & KOLs.

Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing newsletters and campaigns to boost customer loyalty and WOM (word-of-mouth).

Digital PR: Lead digital PR initiatives to promote our products, showroom, and brand; work with the SEO team & agency, to enhance our D2C website visibility.

Community Management: Build and grow a dynamic online community of pet owners, brand advocates, influencers, and key community members.

Pet Festival & Market Events: Organize community events, co-branding activities, and pop-up sales that drive brand awareness, drive trials, and drive sales.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in digital marketing and community management.

1. The contact point for users and work with Functional BA to identify the root cause and provide solutions.

2. To perform analysis of production defects / findings to identify root cause.

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market such as Korean to support customer in Korea.
