- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Malaysian, PR, Singaporean

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.

- Able to work overtime

- Basic skill in Photography

- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

- Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee activities with Chinese-speaking associates

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily administrative operations and comprehensive affairs management of the Singapore office, ensuring smooth functioning of activities as the company establishes its retail presence locally.
2. Manage office fixed assets, ensuring accurate inventory records and optimizing asset utilization.
3. Coordinate with cleaning personnel to maintain cleanliness and public environmental health in office and store areas through regular inspections and support.
4. Handle the procurement of office and departmental supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
5. Manage employee dormitory arrangements, ensuring a comfortable living environment to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
6. Facilitate reception arrangements, including setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, and coordinating parking for visitors.
7. Organize and monitor the company’s security measures to ensure the safety of employees, stores, and property through regular checks and timely resolution of any security concerns.
8. Assist in setting up processes and administrative systems required to support the company's operations as a new entrant in Singapore's retail market.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support the establishment and growth of the Singapore business.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or fixed asset management, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to support a fast-paced, start-up environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
5. A high sense of responsibility, service orientation, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
6. A cheerful and team-oriented personality, willing to collaborate across departments to support company objectives.
7. Comfortable working in a start-up environment, with the flexibility to handle evolving responsibilities as the company grows.
