Mirakl and CRM Management Configure and manage Mirakl e-commerce solutions, including catalog setup, integrations, and performance optimization. Customize and manage CRM systems to meet organizational needs, focusing on streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Provide training and technical support for Mirakl and CRM platforms.
HR Management Systems Implement and manage HR software for payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy and security. Develop and manage internal portals for employee engagement and communication.
Social Media Marketing Development Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create and schedule posts, track analytics, and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement. Develop creative content, including images, videos, and infographics, using tools like Photoshop and Canva.
Graphic Design and Photoshop Editing Design promotional materials, banners, and visual content for online and offline campaigns. Edit images and graphics to meet branding and marketing standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
Database and Portal Management Design, maintain, and optimize databases to support IT and business operations. Develop and manage internal portals for workflow automation and data sharing. Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
IT Support and System MaintenanceTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure IT systems and applications. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
Project and Workflow Coordination Coordinate cross-functional projects involving IT, HR, and marketing teams.
Document workflows, processes, and system updates for organizational use. Liaise with vendors and contractors for software implementation and upgrades.
Requirements
- Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Mirakl, CRM, HR management systems, social media marketing, and IT support.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Mirakl e-commerce platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Hands-on experience with HR management tools and database systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design software.
Knowledge of web development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in marketing and design tasks.
- Additional Qualifications Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Google Ads, Photoshop, Salesforce) are preferred.
