• Collaborate with team leaders and external service providers to plan, manage, and execute projects aimed at maintaining, improving, or developing network services, enhancing overall service quality and delivery.
• Partner with Central ICT Infrastructure capability centres to design optimal network solutions that align with the current and future infrastructure needs of agencies.
• Lead projects to standardize network services across agencies, reducing operational overhead and improving service satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
