Job Descriptions

· To lead and manage a team on quality assurance in a fast pace semi-conductor industries.

· To take ownership for technical transfer from Head Office (Japan), new products testing; as well as assisting customers during material evaluation and qualification phases, and provide solutions on technical and quality matters on the products.

· To work closely with Head Office (Japan), including Global Quality Assurance, R&D team, Manufacturing team, Engineering Team, Sales/Marketing and Supplier Chain team in achieving towards customer satisfaction.

1. To work closely, especially with Japanese group customers (necessary to communicate in local Language), in the establishment of suitable material configurations and specification, to meet their expectations and requirements and providing technical support as necessary.
2. To conduct experimental research on properties on products, as well as in-depth failure analysis and testing to facilitate root cause investigation for total improvement

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Tester to enhance their testing capabilities and collaborate within an Agile framework with a mandatory experience in Temenos 24.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze user stories to refine them from a testing perspective.
• Collaborate with squads to develop test strategies and plans.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report defects in an audit-compliant manner.
• Support squads in troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Assist test engineers in developing test automation solutions.
• Provide continuous feedback by reporting defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality throughout the change process in collaboration with squads.
• Improve testing services as part of an ongoing improvement process.
• Conduct post-release testing, production support, and training for support teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, preferably in the financial industry.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and QA methodologies.
• Experience testing both in-house developed and vendor-based applications.
• Strong understanding of functional and workflow-based system design, especially across interconnected systems.
• Solid knowledge of securities lending, repo, and back-office processes:
• Settlement workflows (DVP, FOP)
• Corporate actions and securities positions
• Trading, collateral management, and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management of machined products to ensure that product quality
• Ensuring that our internal management systems are well defined and relevant in meeting international standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and monitor the QMS incl. ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead the quality team to implement quality inspection and control and manage non-conforming products.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and management to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of quality management experience in the machining industry
• Proficient in using office software and mintab statistical analysis software, and possessing Six Sigma quality management knowledge and skills, e.g. SPC tools & 8D reports.
• Strong knowledge and experience in leading ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
