The person will be part of the team to assist and roll-out strategies and procedures for manual and automation tests of products and ensure the successful deployment of OxPay's products solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with product/software designers to determine quality assurance parameters.

Requirement

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

· Lead and drive the team for continuous improvement on system and process, conduct monthly QPR meeting and review typical quality issues and follow up with team for improvement.

· Work as quality representative of tool room to manage customer audit, ISO audit and internal audit, prepare the team for the audit and subsequent activities.

· Monitor KPI of tool room and attend annual MR meeting to report tool room KPI performance.

· Lead QA/metrology team for inspection activities and work closely with engineering team for tool improvement.

· Study critical characteristic of new product drawing requirement, propose steel safe strategy with past similar tool experience into tooling design.

· Manage customer complaint and attend customer meeting related to quality or metrology issues.

· Monitor supplier quality performance and issue corrective and preventive action report to drive continuous improvements.

· Perform audits on supplier’s process to ensure quality control and quality assurance systems are in place

· Publish tool fabrication quality standards and ensure suppliers understood and comply with the requirements

· Assist in evaluation and qualification of new supplier.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Quality Engineering or relevant

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a plastic injection molding industry

· Knowledge and experience in GD&T, SQC tool

· Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 13485.

· Ability to apply problem solving technique and provide solutions under minimal supervision.

Perform materials checking, finished products, production line. Ensure quality performance through examination of proper inspection, testing and measuring equipment, process capability studies and mistake proofing. Analysis and disposition of customer returns. new products, maintaining existing listings, instructions and product labeling.

Key responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NTC2/3, ITC in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Precision Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in quality control and related work
• At least 1 year of experience in the operation of CNC machines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Functional and Automation testing experience including tools such as Selenium, UFT, JIRA, Postman

• Bachelor's Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or infocomm-related discipline

• Must have professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation

• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis

• Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery

• Experience with automation scripting (i.e. Python and shell scripts)

• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. RobotFramework, Selenium Webdriver)

• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)

• Experience with open-source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx)

• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
