Job Description

• Reporting to Global Category Microcontroller & Memories (MCM), strive to secure “Best in Class” consistent and sustainable supplier quality performance to reach the Continental Business and Quality targets.
• Maintenance of the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines, and tools) to ensure the requested quality is in line with the defined supplier management strategies to meet the quality targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or related) with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Candidates with experience in semiconductor processes (e.g., wafer process technologies, back-end assembly, and testing), knowledge in electronic component & qualification requirements (e.g., AEC-Q, JEDEC, IP qualification) preferred. • Strong experience in quality systems, process audits and part qualification.

Job Scope:

· Manage QC data of assigned projects, including performing QC checks/audits on interviewers via telephone validations, audio audits, onsite checks, and observations

· Supervise the Data and QC Team to ensure that work is done in accordance with project specifications.

· Review and rectify data discrepancies, and upkeep multiple datasets by compiling, cleaning, and sorting information according to established data fields to support overall data management.

· Script and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - checking, formatting, reviewing, and testing survey links for questionnaires.

· Ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple variables and different datasets in accordance with project specifications and the conventions used within the dataset.

· Perform data coding, cleaning, and processing to ensure it is in accordance with industry standards of SSOC and SSIC or the related code frame provided.

· Manage longitudinal panel data, including merging and stacking panel data across different waves via syntax.

· Conduct operational data analysis and reporting: using SPSS/Excel to perform data validation and updates on key variables to identify issues related to data collection and quality, and to generate quality reports.

· Use SPSS to visualize relevant key variables using tables or other relevant visualization tools to identify possible issues and understand the breakdown of these key variables for decision-making.

· Train interviewers in accordance with project specifications to ensure that the quality of interviews is kept at high standards.

· Provide timely feedback to the Field team based on validation results to rectify any data discrepancies.

· Evaluate and generate reports on the quality of data collected by the interviewers

· Liaise with vendors on project-related logistic matters

· Liaise with clients to process data within their requirements

· Assist in vetting translations of survey questionnaires when required

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience working with data related to government-related research projects or the market research field

· Experience in coding SSOC and SSIC

· Prior experience in training new staff

· Keenly interested in data analysis

· Possess data management skills and computer knowledge, programming knowledge, and web development experience in SPSS, Python, R, and HTML.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of Nursing Home residents and ensuring that they continue to receive the quality of care as described in NTUC Health Care Philosophy and Service Standards.

Customer Journey Experience

• Act as the main liaison and single point of contact (Care Concierge) for next-of-kin of our nursing home residents.
• Engage caregivers and residents at the pre-admission stage to address any concerns or anxieties and to better understand the specific needs of the resident.
• Conduct pre-admission counselling sessions to help caregivers understand the fees, services provided, philosophy of care, living conditions and expectations of residents and next of kin.
• Receive the resident on the day of admission, conduct orientation and ensure that the resident settles in well to the new environment.
• Actively engage residents and caregivers throughout the period of stay and address any concerns that may arise by working together with the multidisciplinary care team.
