The Corporate Quality Environmental Safety and Health Officer

• Inspect projects and provide advisory role to project team to eliminate potential hazards.

• Advise on risks arising from the workplace or processes at work, suggests measures to stop or tightly control all risks from happening.

• Preventing or lowering health and environmental risks, and improving quality of processes.

• Assisting the Company with ISO Certification involving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

• Assisting projects with Consass Audit every 6 month.

• Conducting Internal Audit to projects to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

• Conducting Internal GGBS audit & maintaining Company’s GGBS certification

• Maintaining & revising IMS manual, Procedures & Safety, Health, Environment Management System Manual (SHEMS)

• Developing and revising Risk Assessment and Safe work procedures.

• Applying & maintaining BizSafe status of the Company

• Applying for WSH Awards from WSH Council

• Conduct QESH training to projects

• To attend to Client’s and Authority’s (MOM) inspection

• To organize programs related to Total WSH program by WSH Council

• To assist in providing safety related documents for Tender submission.

• Collating monthly safety performance statistics from all projects

• Conduct Monthly QESH meeting to all projects to share the safety performance of all the projects for continual improvement & to include evidences in the yearly MR Meeting.

-To Project management Coordinate with main-con and consultant for drawing submission, material sample submission and meeting with main-con and consultant

-Select appropriate electrical materials to complete designs such as MSB, Distribution lighting fixtures, cable tray layout, lighting and receptade layout, single line diagrams, CCTV, data Telcom operational routing diagram, ELV systems, control schematic and writing diagrams

-Identify discrepancies in tender/contract/IFC drawings and raise queries for clarification, A and A ( R and R) + Constriction Filed

- Attend all operational matters related to the daily running of the project and Handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Testing and commissioning for Electrical apparatus

-QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables

-LV and HV cables sizing calculations and prepare a bill of material

-Planning workforce arrangement and supervision and working planning

-Giving progress reports regularly to teams and monitoring project schedules

-Prepare Electrical shop and As-builts SLD Rcp drawing

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Oversee daily sales operations for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as CMP tools, within the assigned sales territory to ensure achievement of sales targets set by the management team.
2. Guide and manage the sales representatives’ activities to maximize market opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
3. Regularly prepare forecasts and sales targets, monitoring team performance against these benchmarks. Provide strategic direction to help the team meet or exceed these goals.
4. Lead new marketing initiatives and collaborate with EC to implement promotional efforts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment products.
5. Design, develop, and execute localized sales and marketing programs tailored to the needs of the sales territory.
6. Maintain clear communication with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide sales support as required.
7. Collaborate with EC to establish appropriate industry pricing levels.
8. Utilize the SAP ERP system to track and manage the progress of quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer invoicing.
9. Partner with EC to identify and secure new accounts and contracts, leveraging the local team to support growth in new product offerings.
10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
11. Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry and in a Japanese company setting.

Knowledge:

1. Familiarity with commercial and shipping documents, including Incoterms.
2. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as CMP tools.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel internationally for training and visits to customer locations across the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects
• Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

• In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

Pre-Requisites

• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks

Purpose:

• To be responsible for managing the interactions with third party organisations that supply QA incoming materials and/or services to GSK.
• To manage material release for incoming materials, supplier change notifications and new material management.
• To provide Quality oversight to logistics management and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management

• Provide QA oversight of Supplier management activities on site to achieve compliance with company policies and government regulations as assigned.
• To participate (Executive 1) and to represent the site (Executive 2) for Supplier Management business processes to drive improvements and share best practises across the GSK Vaccines network.
• Process owner/support supplier complaint process for QA incoming materials. Lodge supplier complaints and ensure suppliers identify the root cause and associated CAPA's to prevent recurrence of supplier quality issues.
• Review and track supplier-related CAPA for timely closure.
• Maintain inspection readiness, conduct supplier assessments for both new and current service providers in a timely manner.
• Maintain the approved supplier listing and audit schedule in a state of compliance and accuracy.
• Assess supplier change notifications in a timely manner and escalate where necessary especially in situations with supply impact.
• Initiate and review deviations/change control/CAPA associated with incoming material.

Executive 1: Minor deviations and CAPA

Executive 2: Minor, major deviations and CAPA

• Work closely with site user and Global stakeholders for Supplier management related matters

QA Raw Material Release and Warehouse oversight

• Support incoming material documentation review and release to recommend and confirm Usage Decision (UD) of raw material
• Ensure that material document file (MDF) is complete and accurate before disposition of material in SAP
• Ensure that system is in place for filing and archival of MDF
• Initiate and review deviations/change control/CAPA associated with incoming material releases.
• Ensure that all deviations/change controls are closed or assessed for impact on the release of the material prior to release the QA-controlled incoming material
• Provide QA oversight to warehouse such as attending warehouse tier, conduction GEMBAs, inspection readiness and warehouse related deviations, CAPAs and change control

• Propose improvements to work processes, with basic awareness of business requirements.
• Deviation investigations and assessments
• In addition for QA Executive 2:
• Able to provide QA oversight on routine situations independently and complex situations with supervision (deviations, changes, system issues, compliance matters)
• Able to manage simple department projects (e.g. continuous improvement) with supervision
• Greater awareness of business requirements and to highlight considerations where there is a need for escalation

Skills:

Professional

• At least University basic degree in a Science or Engineering discipline

Technical

• A good understanding of cGMP regulatory and legal requirements as applied to quality assurance of pharmaceuticals manufacturing
• User experiance with SAP will be prefered
• Ability in handling and organizing multiple workflows

Business

• Ability to apply optimal quality assurance standards to promote a business edge
• Ability to facilitate business activities commpatible to international regulatory environment
• Ability to communicate effectively within the site organization and across the network
