Job Scope:

Health-driven design for cities (HD4) is a collaborative research programme between the University of Cambridge, Nanyang Technological University and National University Singapore within Cambridge CARES.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Quality Modeller to join HD4. Working collaboratively with a team of population health scientists, geospatial scientists, and data engineers the post holder will lead on building various emission inventories and air quality models for Singapore which incorporate the various air pollution sources in the country and allow for linkage with the geolocations of participants of the Singapore 100K cohort (SG100K), including some geo-located behavioural data. The models will also be set-up and used subsequent scenario modelling to estimate the impact of interventions on air quality and health and disentangle the various sources through source apportionment. This role requires a multi-skilled individual that can work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with researchers to understand the data needs of the programme and contribute to the design of scientifically robust and policy relevant models linking emission inventories to air quality models and spatially and temporally assigning exposures for human participants in subsequent epidemiological analyses and health impact assessments.
• Data, identification, production, and assembly: Collaborate with team and external scientists, national and local organizations, and conduct independent literature reviews to produce and synthesise the required data sources with high temporal and spatial resolution and to link data across various sources.

Job Description:

• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
• Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
• Provide additional support to the organization as required including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into the SharePoint, updating controlled lists
• You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Orderprocess management
• Analyze, process, and track Change Orders and other design documentation submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput
• Interface with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes and structure new products released to mass production or customers

Requirements:

• Diploma and above of any discipline
• Responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
• Direct experience in process documentation preferred
• You must be motivated to work in a data driven environment
• Knowledge of Agile or alike PLM tools preferred
• Proficient with MS Office.

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Credit Control Specialist for a 11 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all queries, recoveries, and correspondence for an assigned portfolio of various channel partners.
• Prepare debtor reports and identify provisions for bad debt.
• Support operations teams in efficiently managing client servicing by addressing queries in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of transactions from the Bank payment gateway that do not match through the system.
• Review and post receipt payment vouchers into the reconciliation system.
• Review commission statements for accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Credit Control and/or Finance/Audit, along with a university degree or equivalent.
• Positive learning attitude and ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication with senior management and various stakeholders.
