• Identify complex system issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders

Requirements / Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in developing, implementing and
• maintaining IT systems
• Systematic in approach and familiar with enterprise level troubleshooting.
• Strong communications skills with stakeholders and ROs.
• Experience in healthcare applications preferred and/or willing to take up the challenges in a healthcare related industry.

Job Description

• Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations
• Delivery of technical presentations
• Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
• Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
• Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Job Specifications

• Singaporean or PR preferred
• Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
• Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.
• Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
• Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
• Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in CAD and 3D Modelling software - Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software
• Possesses deep understanding about various façade materials.
• Well informed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
• Demonstrate organisation and communication skills
• Possesses relationship building and networking skills.
• Skilled in interacting with people of diverse cultural backgrounds at various levels.
• Possesses strong project management skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed (1 – 2 times/month)
