Job Scope

· Quality control and inspection

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly site progress report to management

· Prepare method statement

· Safety regulations

· Meeting with clients

· Supervising your Construction Team

· Controlling Materials Order and Usage

· Improving Company's Work Quality

· All other necessary works

· Attend Site Survey and prepare site drawings

· Coordinate with officers, main cons, clients etc

· Attend kick off meeting

Criteria

· At least 2 years working experience in air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system

· Able to work independently and work as a project team

· Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.

· Minimum diploma or Mechanical Engineering

· Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups

· Able to perform using AutoCad and other drawing applications

· Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.

· Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Ensure all relevant permits and clearances obtained from respective agencies prior any excavation works
• Ensure all resources provided (manpower/equipment) comply with stakeholder’s requirement
• Coordination and liaison works with relevant authorities / agencies on services /stakeholder for utilities and diversion works
• Facilitate Permit-to-dig application from Client / Stakeholders
• Attend the meeting with the stakeholder/client
• Generate and handle company reports, meetings and documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Provide advise on appropriate measures on services / utilities protection and adopt safe work procedure to prevent damage to utilities
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in road construction projects
• Possess basic understanding of Permit-to-Dig process and application
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Attained BCSS/Confined space
• Qualified as a Licensed Cable Detector Worker (LCDW), Licensed Telecommunication Cable Detection Worker (TCDW)
• Registered Earthwork Supervisor (RES) with EMA/SPPG
• Ability to perform task under pressure and multi-task
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skills
• Past experience in LTA project (NSC) is an added advanatge

- Candidate will be required to Develop, design, program, upgrade software for Crane Safety Devise – Anti-Collision System.

- Troubleshoot & maintenance of Cloud & E-Platform for ACS.

- To provide software solution for our project specific requirements.

- Staying current with modern development practices, including continuously developing new skills as needs arise.

- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology

- 3 years of experience in system analysis, design and programming.

- Ability to develop software in Java, C++, React or other programming languages

- Familiar with Autocad, PLC Programming & HMI Programming

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
