Being part of the software development team, you will work in an AGILE team to turn innovative ideas into robust software, and solve complex design and implementation problems. About the Team:

You will work closely with solution experts to evaluate, design and develop measurement software to enhance test & measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• To design and implement Keysight’s board test and measurement software solution
• Able to communicate the impact of technical choices to non-technical audiences, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Set the technology direction and research into new innovations for major components of the measurement test software products.
• Work on complex problems that impact the design success of current products and addresses broad design issues of future products or technologies
• Collaborate with product marketing and business leaders to create products that advance Keysight’s position as a market leader in measurement test

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a software related discipline, from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with product development/engineering and product management
• Knowledge with board testing technology, IEEE boundary scan standards and programming algorithms is an added plus
• Experience in design, implementation and deployment of software that support multiple platforms

Job Overview:

The Assistant Project Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and manage ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works within the built environment. The role involves ensuring that all project activities comply with engineering and contractual requirements. This position requires collaboration with the design department to meet engineering and safety standards, while overseeing contracts, costs, schedules, and overall project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the overall project from concept to completion, including support in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with stakeholders, while following the Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.
• Support the development and maintenance of the BIM model, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with the client to help meet their requirements under the guidance of the Project Engineer
• Assist in verifying changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring compliance.
• Help in resolving technical or contractual issues that arise during the project, with the support of the senior team.
• Provide assistance in managing the construction process to ensure it progresses on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Support monitoring the performance of contractors, ensuring they meet their obligations.
• Coordinate with various consultants and contractors, under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
• Assist in the handover process of the project to the client.
• Comply with all relevant Singapore regulations and standards under the supervision of senior project staff.
• Promote safety management activities and assist in compliance inspections.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Support sustainability efforts and ensure the project adheres to environmental standards.
• Help minimize disruption to the public during construction by coordinating with authorities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field. ACMV project experience is preferred.
• Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong independence and leadership skills in a team environment.
• Knowledge of BIM are advantageous.

As a software expert engineer, you will be the critical contributor of solution framework knowledge in developing and integrating multiple software products to create solutions. You must be a proven expert with experience designing, implementing, and deploying end-to-end solutions.

About the Team:

You will work closely with strategic planners, product management, and customers to understand key challenges and create solutions that advance Keysight’s position as a market leader in measurement test.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and system level integration, interfaces, and test requirements for our Keysight’s board test and measurement software.
• Work to outline end-solution and develop work breakdowns by shippable epics, milestones and ultimately work with leads on sprint deliverables.
• Set the technology direction for major components and services; work hands-on to integrate them into our measurement test software.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them for the development teams.
• Work closely with various software teams in the development of the common building blocks

• Experience in reengineering and migrating legacy software solutions to modern technology platform is an added plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of PLC software and interfaces using ladder diagram or structure text.
• Coordinate with a team of engineers and technicians to complete all necessary tasks within a project.
• Programming of Industrial robot.
• Visit customer site to provide support for system errors.
• Perform system integration, testing and commissioning of advanced control systems for factory automation system.
• Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, system configurations, and modifications for future reference and troubleshooting.

• Diploma / Bachelor in Mechatronics/Automation/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
• Some experience in Allen Bradley PLC programming and motion control is preferred.

Job Description:

As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing accurate 3D models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and collaborating across various disciplines to ensure seamless integration and coordination of the models. Your expertise will also be pivotal in quality control, design processes, and continuous improvement of BIM standards within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modelling and Management

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for ACMV/HVAC systems in construction projects, including components such as air handling units, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment.
• Update models to incorporate design changes and engineering solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other BIM engineers from various disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing) to integrate all models and ensure compatibility.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment to minimize construction issues.
• Establish and maintain project-specific BIM standards, methods, and procedures, adhering to company protocols and local Singapore BIM guidelines.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models for project documentation and construction purposes.

2. Design

• Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of ACMV/HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and best practices, including the Singapore Code of Practice (CP13), SS553, and the Fire Code.
• Prepare design documents, including system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• While thermal load calculations and energy modeling are not yet implemented, you will be responsible for using design software and tools to perform these tasks as needed in future projects. System sizing will be carried out as part of the current design process.
• Review and approve shop drawing submittals.

3. Coordination and Communication

• Participate in design meetings, coordination workshops, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the project design and execution plan are clearly understood.
• Present BIM models to project teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate understanding and gather feedback.

4. Quality Assurance and Control

• Ensure quality control of BIM models and design documentation, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Validate model-based project deliverables for compliance with project standards and ensure the accuracy of all information.

5. Professional Development

• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in BIM and ACMV/HVAC technologies.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance your knowledge and expertise in design, construction, and BIM-related areas, with a career progression pathway aligned toward project management.

The construction supervisor to oversee construction works and work under Site Engineer and Project Manager. The construction supervisor's responsibilities include making sure safe working environment for all the site workers. Making sure all the Safety precausions are in place and workers and personal working at site are provided proper PPE and tools required for the work to be performed.

Applicant should fully aware and should demonstrate he or she should be fully understanding of safety regulations and building codes and be able to transfer this knowledge to the site work.

The construction supervisor should supervise the workers working at the work site and able perform outdoor site work as and when the work required.
