Job Description:

As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Modelling and Management

2. Design

• Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of ACMV/HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and best practices, including the Singapore Code of Practice (CP13), SS553, and the Fire Code.
• Prepare design documents, including system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
• While thermal load calculations and energy modeling are not yet implemented, you will be responsible for using design software and tools to perform these tasks as needed in future projects. System sizing will be carried out as part of the current design process.
• Review and approve shop drawing submittals.

3. Coordination and Communication

• Participate in design meetings, coordination workshops, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the project design and execution plan are clearly understood.
• Present BIM models to project teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate understanding and gather feedback.

4. Quality Assurance and Control

• Ensure quality control of BIM models and design documentation, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. This role is focused on working in the field, managing our own workers, read and understand drawings, plan works, progress, materials and machinery, and will report directly to the Construction and project Manager. This candidate should understand all aspects of RC structural construction in relation to executing work on-site.

It is expected that the candidate will be detail-oriented and can manage and communicate with workers very well. There will be a significant amount of “hands-on” works, reading and understanding the RC structural drawings, guiding the workers on construction, coordinating with contractors in the field while installing all aspects of the project RC structural works. Job Description:
As Frontend Central Product Integration Engineering (CPIE) team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading new initiatives to deliver pioneering process capability, best-in-class bits per wafer (Yield) with the highest quality and fastest speed through innovation and collaboration with mutli-functional teams. Your primary focuses include but not limited to:

• Initiate new data solutions and methodologies to:
1) identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities;

As the Global FE Layout Senior Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of Micron’s Global Factory Automation team which is responsible for designing Micron’s next generation manufacturing facilities.

Your objective is to develop full factory tool layout models that will be the basis of design for industry leading manufacturing facilities across the globe. • 4+ years’ experience in semiconductor related engineering.
• Hands-on experience on advanced CMOS engineering and device reliability, integration or characterization, specialized in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Device Physics is a requirement.
• Direct fab experience with nonvolatile memories manufacturing, knowledge of TCAD, K2 view layout, and NAND product are highly desirable.
