1. MUST HOLD ANY DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN ANY MANNER IN A RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY/BOARD

2. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

3. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH.

4. SHOULD COOPERATE FOR OVERTIME WORKING IF NECESSARY

5. SHOULD FOLLOW SUPERIOR'S INSTRUCTION TIME TO TIME

6. SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH SINGAPORE ROAD ROOTS

7. SHOULD HAVE CLASS 3/3C DRIVING LICENCE

8. SHOULD OBEY THE COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS

9. SHOULD BE READY FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING

10 SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE SITE INDEPENDENTLY
