In this role, you will:

• Job shadow / On-job training with the team to understand cable manufacturing and testing process
• Be involved in QC tests (Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control/Out-going Quality Control)
• Prepare technical reports based on customer’s required specification
• Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs
• Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to QC team’s productivity or digitalization efforts

The Production Control Analyst monitors inventory status and stock availability, and prepares orders for parts and material procurement. • Responsible for Monitoring and advising contractors on vector control, solid waste management, noise and dust pollution control, drainage and silt control, general housekeeping management of the project/site,etc.
• Maintain and implement the company’s Environmental (ENV) management system, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Review and suggest improvements for the ENV system to enhance effectiveness and ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ECO in the construction industry
• Preferably with recent HDB project working experience.
• Registered NEA ECO
• Possess a “Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction Site Personnel” (ie. ECMO certified), if without this certification ECO needs to obtain this within 6 months of employment at site;
