Role and Responsibilities

• Deploying and managing software factory infrastructure and services.
• Integrating and optimizing services with advanced AI technology, like Large Language Models Gen AI, to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Automating software development infrastructure and service deployment.
• Streamlining security processes for expedited deployment while adhering to security standards.
• Proposing innovative strategies to accelerate secure software development.
• Providing training and raising awareness among development teams and end users regarding security best practices.
• Addressing operational incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective measures.

Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A strong inclination towards DevOps/DevSecOps and familiarity with the AI ecosystem are imperative. Key qualifications and skills sought include:

• Expertise in DevSecOps principles and practices, particularly within customer-facing contexts.
• Proficiency in workstation operating systems, development tools, and security tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Go and Rust.
• Mastery of DevSecOps tools like GitLab, Terraform, K8S, FluxCD, and ArgoCD for continuous integration and delivery.
