Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

· Identifying the areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).

· Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in-service process piping.

· Review of inspection test plan, WPS and method statement for any in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.

· Witnessing of PT, MPI, PMI, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.

· Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.

· Provide quality assurance on project construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.

· Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.

· Ensure quality of inspected items to meet project requirements and standards.

· Inservice inspections in refineries / Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries, such as corrosion under pipe support (CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection & Mix points inspections.

· Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.

· Review documents and drawings as per specification • Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P & ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables.

· Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications. Inspection / Witness & Review Stage wise activities earlier stage of spool fabrication

· Knowledge in welding inspection

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

· Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering are acceptable.

· Experience in Refinery and Oil & Gas must

· Experience in QA/QC and Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods.

· Knowledge/experience in welding inspection, structural fabrication, piping Isometric drawing and piping materials.

· Work Independently and can work in Singapore and other countries.

· Fluent Reading, Speaking and Writing in English.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform system and routine maintenance activities, including but not limited to user access management, system monitoring, software configuration, backup and recovery for control systems and networks.
• Provide support to resolve control system-related issues and failures by fixing and solving them, and engage with system vendors as required.
• Identify performance and security gaps to ensure computerized system integrity and proactively seeks out improvements and solutions.

• Own and perform TrackWise deviation investigations and write-up on control system failures/errors; deviation trend review and root cause analysis as required per Lonza Quality requirements.
• Own change controls to plan and implement changes within stipulated timelines, meeting GDP and GMP requirements.
• Support control systems Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and other site qualification activities as needed.
• You should be familiar with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 requirements. Also, you need to know about data integrity requirements and expectations. Additionally, you should be aware of common industry practices related to GMP computerized system administration and management.
• Support the team to ensure inspection readiness at all times.
• Perform periodic reviews with respect to user authorizations and system audit trails.
• Support Data Owners in data audit trail reviews in terms of electronic data retrieval.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

Key requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in the design, implementation and/or support of instrumentation and control systems, preferably in the Bio-Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, F&B industry.
• Experience with distributed control system, software development methodologies and automated system life cycle support in a regulated industry.
• Experience with various Windows operating systems, server architecture and control system-related infrastructure fundamentals.
• Proficiency in implementing standard methodologies for automation design and code development.
• Good understanding of cGMP’s requirements particularly as they relate to the operation, validation and maintenance of computer-controlled systems.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

SQP oversees critical and non critical supplier mainly mechanical parts in. SQP is responsible in leading before and after FAS (First Article Submission) qualify and monitor quality performance of new / existing suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services. He/ She should be able to foster close relationships with suppliers and partners and be able to communicate their value to the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing supplier

Supplier Quality Professional develop Quality plan such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Manufacturing Process Plan (MPP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to new supplier. Perform supplier audits such as QMS, Process and HSE. This will involve visit/audit and assessing their capability and FAI. SQP shall work with Sourcing and Engineering, to engage and educate suppliers/sub-contractors.

2. Lead quality performance review

Worked closely with suppliers, to monitor conduct audit for vendor performance. Conduct in process audit and drive for closure of audit findings and continuous improvement and reduction of COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality). Lead the discussion with the suppliers and ensure timely response is executed to deliver result to our internal customers. Guide Procurement and team for supplier performance review process.

3. Supplier Development.

SQP shall drive for vendor development, identify and develop new special process to meet turnkey objective and reduce leadtime of supplier.

4. Analyse supply market.

SQP shall propose and execute creative ways to improve supplier process which creates financial value to the organization.

5. Maintain good relationship with stake holders and customer/s

SQP maintain good relationship with stakeholders such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Quality. Work with cross functional teams in resolution of process and quality issues related to design, application and manufacturing process. Develop quality consciousness and impart application of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D.

6. Develop Product Quality Control Plan

SQP shall also be in charge in developing Quality Control Plan according to the requirements of the customer. He/She shall ensure that required processes and documentations and surveillance points are identified in the QCP. He/She shall liase closely with the customer during development of the new QCP and revision of the existing QCP and its approval (internal and Customer).

7. Customer /Third Party Inspection coordinator

SQP shall manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts. He/She shall ensure that each Quality Control Plan activity which requires surveillance points are monitored and conducted accordingly. He/She will liase and communicate closely with the internal and external customers to ensure that TPI inspections are executed according to the plan schedule.

8. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

• Carry out incident investigation, VDR analysis, on board audits / inspections and training as assigned.

Purpose: To create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages (Items, Bill of Materials, Product specification documents) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. To deploy TPD changes to the relevant Persons-in-Charge (PICs) for execution.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Check the correctness and completeness of product packages, such as Technical Product Data (TPD) and Bill of Materials (BOM) received from customers.
• Work with the user of TPDs to define the new TPD requirement and update the ISO document (for new customers or any change in TPD requirement).
• Maintain required customer items, BOM, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
• Create and control the item part number, BOM and TPD in the PLM and ERP systems.
• Create projects in the ERP system for the fulfillment of customer Sales orders.

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. He/She reviews global standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality management system. This position participates in internal, client, and agency audits, and follows up on audit outcomes. He/She maintains knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and assesses and addresses risks associated with changes as well as transporting healthcare products. This position oversees multiple facilities and supervises specialists.

Responsibilities

Interfaces with Internal Groups, Clients, and Agencies

Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. You are required to drive internal departments on quality-related issues to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. • Strong knowledge and practices in 8D, SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma methodology (Certified Black/Green Belt), and change management

. QAQC Inspector (Fabrication /Welding)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing or establishing that a welding procedure is available, has been approved as

required by the appropriate authority and is being employed in production.

• Witnessing of welder and procedure approval tests that including of the preparation of test

pieces and destructive tests and verifying compliance with appropriate standards and

specifications.

• Verification that adequate and valid welder approvals are available, and that only approved

welders as required are used in production.

• Interpretation of weld drawings and weld symbols.

• Performing of visual inspection and ensure that all finished goods are checked and approved

prior to any delivery of handover.

• Verification that post weld heat treatment has been conducted in accordance with

specification requirements.

• Appreciation of the factors influencing the formation of weld defects and their acceptability

in relation to the written specification.

• Coordination with QC Inspector (Hull/Structure and Piping) and NDT Coordinator, to verify

and ensure that all finished welds are checked and approved prior to any delivery of
