3. Respond to new and existing customers for inquiries related to quality control Conduct quality testing and communicate product specification issues. Conduct nonconforming material or nonconforming product analysis.
4. Participate in the root cause analysis of nonconforming goods.
5. Follow the instructed corrective actions and preventive actions by superiors. Establish formulation and blending procedures as needed.
6. Keep and monitor retain samples of products
7. Validate COA of raw materials received and communicate any issues to the procurement and Plant Manager Establish, update and issue GHS SDS.
8. Create certificate of analysis (COA) of products.
9. Confirm and provide resources for the laboratory and other QCR needs.
10. Coordinate sample delivery as required by the customer.

Job Requirements

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Testing of ISIR samples (type test) for product approval process (power, control & data cable) with compliance to company standards and verify compliance to the international cable standards e.g. EN / IEC requirements. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. To be able to operate all laboratory equipment in the process of cable type testing. Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate product quality conformance by conducting In-coming inspection and type testing for cable & accessories, include updating into SAP.

About the Position

SRS is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable Security Control Center Supervisor to join one of its most prestigious contracts in Singapore. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the ASCC Manager and work in a team of other Supervisors, Specialists, a Security Systems Supervisor and an Intel Analyst.

As a Quality System Associate, you will be responsible for the customer complaint handling/ management/ investigation process and provide quality oversight for the site to ensure that devices manufactured are compliant to ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, Alcon Standards and Policies, and regulatory requirement.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Trend, analyse and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/management as necessary.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead/support the implementation activities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Meet quality objectives set by management & comply to Alcon, QMS and Safety requirements.
• Complete Complaint investigation report and maintenance of complaint master list, complaint samples, SOP revision and periodic review.
• Perform Site's investigation (NCR, SAR, OOS, Complaints, etc) and Site's WI/SOP/Gap Assessment/Impact Assessment.
• Participate as site representative in the Vision Care Complaints community at Global Corporate Platform.
• Lead/Host the site Customer Complaint Review Board (CCRB) meeting in the discussion on complaint investigations and evaluation of complaints trend.
• Support internal and external audits and is responsible for audit finding closure, as required.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues.
• Perform Monthly Technical Complaint Periodic trending (all platforms).
• Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs

Quality Controller (QC) contributes to the production operations by executing general manufacturing and packaging tasks to ensure that manufactured and quality checked products are packed and ready for delivery.

Job Description

• Ensure that the quality of all finished products are in alignment with the management’s / ISO standards as well as the QC checklist
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records.
• Ensure the Operations Officer receives all void products in a timely manner.
• Ensure that workstations are neat, clean, tidy and in accordance to packing SOPs.
• Ensure that products are prepared, cut and packed in accordance to company’s specifications and quality.
• Ensure that all residues are thoroughly removed from the products without damaging its condition & quality.
• Ensure that quality and quantity of the products are met at all times

Requirements

• Minimally GCE 'N' Levels
• 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks

JD:

Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent

position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics

Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be

preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality

Analyst will be an added advantage;

c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal

skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;

d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies,

ensure adherence to quality standards;

d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including

preparing test data when necessary;

e) Develop and maintain automated test scripts;

f) Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as

performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;

g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for

the Authority’s systems;

h) Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s

appointed contractors for testing;

i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing

test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and

recommend process optimisations and best practices; and

j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as

scheduled.

Job Description:

• Provide operational support (e.g. methods / configuration setup, troubleshooting) for gLIMs and Empower to ensure batch release and lab testing activities is maintained inline with committed schedules.
• Timely completion of template built and specification updates to support changes and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Write and review procedures governing QC systems (e.g. gLIMS, Empower) and related documentation (e.g. protocols and reports), ensuring adherence to site SOPs and PQS.
• Perform and support activities in the system life cycle of QC laboratory equipment (e.g. periodic reviews, electronic data archival, decommissioning) in accordance with site SOPs.
• Author training documentation and perform training (e.g. Structured On-The-Job Training or SOJTs) for fellow colleagues on SOPs pertaining to gLIMS, Empower or equipment operation, maintenance and administration (as applicable).
• Lead and conduct investigations for deviations affecting QC laboratory systems (e.g. data loss in Empower), identify root cause(s) and implement appropriate corrective action and preventive measures.
• Ensure all data management in Empower comply to site SOPs, DI and ALCOA requirements per PQS and that they are archived / retained in accordance to existing procedures.
• Lead projects for improvement of QC laboratory systems including Data Integrity initiatives and support the QC laboratory data management strategy.
• Uphold code of conduct and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution.
• Play an active and impactful role in Tier processes by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations. Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions.
• Mentor junior members (including interns) within the QC Systems team.
