About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues. The contents of support include introduction of repair service & field service, understanding of service level (quality / cost improvement / WIP management) in BC, business improvement, and various problem solving. · Understanding of S-BC’s service level (quality / cost improvement / WIP management), and maintaining and improving the quality of regional repair services of endoscopy products.

· Improving of the cost structure that can contribute to the medical service business.

· Strengthening / optimizing the local organization of APAC technical service department and developing next leaders (localize).

· Compliance to CHIP/GDPMDS requirement.

What we are looking for:

· Possesses a Degree in Engineering with related experience in Marketing or a Degree in any Business discipline with related experience/knowledge of engineering in the medical field.

· Minimum 10 years of working experience, related work experience in the medical device industry (e.g. Field Service Engineer, Repair Engineering, Quality Engineering experience)

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, IT Quality Management to lead quality assurance for IT projects, overseeing compliance, stakeholder management, and regulatory audit readiness. He/ she will be involved in defining and maintaining IT policies and procedures within the compliance framework.

What you will do

• Oversee the computer system validation (CSV) process for IT initiatives, such as upgrades to ERP and MES systems, change management and ensure sustained quality throughout software development, configuration, and testing phases
• Liaise with stakeholders across the Quality Management System (QMS) and IT departments and provide comprehensive status updates, promptly escalating any issues requiring management attention and resolution
• Regularly produce mandated compliance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and other periodic basis, in accordance with relevant regulatory guidelines
• Facilitate thorough reviews of requirements and design artifacts, proactively validating their applicability, accuracy, feasibility, usability, clarity, and testability
