Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Experience in software testing (web/mobile apps) is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
• Proven experience/knowledge in software quality assurance with proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Skills in writing clear and structured test plans and cases.
• Prior experience in Junit framework and Java programming would be advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with performance, security, or automation testing is an advantage.

Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous
