Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure the database is up-to-date.
• Regularly review stock levels and usage trends to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to order necessary items before stock runs low.
• Prepare and manage detailed reports on inventory operations, adjustments, and issues for internal use.
• Document and update inventory procedures and policies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Assist in processing incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring that all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate the delivery of goods, liaising with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and condition of inventory items.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with delivered goods to the relevant parties immediately.
• Work closely with other departments, particularly the finance and operations teams, to align inventory needs with budgetary constraints and operational requirements.
• Provide administrative support during inventory audits and end-of-year stock takes.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory processes and contribute to the implementation of new systems or technologies that enhance inventory management.

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent

Overview

Candidates are required to be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, the PMO should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You would also work closely with the client’s internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process requirements.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

• Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies.
• Management of project issues and document creation for management reporting.
• Setting evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with related departments (e.g., IT, Compliance).
• Responding to regulatory requirements and supporting administrative tasks.
• Regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
• Planning: Project scheduling and resource planning for projects overall considering dependency of each of them.
• Management of project issues
• Document creation and related adjustment in management reporting
• Setting CP or other criteria for evaluation
• Coordination with related departments and managements throughout the Bank (Front Office, Transaction banking, Compliance, IT, etc.)
• Responding to the authority’s requirements changes and updates.
• Support for other administrative tasks and other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PMO roles, particularly in large-scale banking or financial services projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource planning, and issue management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector, including compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to commence work within short notice

Responsibilties

• Collaborate with the Resident Manager & Assistant Managers to establish standard operating procedures for ground operations.
• Inspect daily tasks performed by ground staff.
• Employ a coaching approach to reinforce SOPs with ground staff: supervisors and housekeeping staff.
• Mentor new staff during orientation.
• Implement skills enhancement programs for ground staff to boost performance.
• Update training schedules for cases of non-conformance and monitor improvements to bridge skills gaps.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions on safety, quality, and environmental subjects.
• Undertake any other assigned ad-hoc tasks by the Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study and be open to training.
• 2 years of experience in conducting QA/QC checks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Capable of working independently and thriving under pressure.
• A team player who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime occasionally.
• Good communications skills are preferred.

• Responsible for QMS document control, including document implementation, distribution, retrieval, obsolescence, archiving and maintaining the QMS document master list, obsolete list, distribution list, training matrix etc.

• Responsible for routine 5S checks and identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Any other duties as assigned on an as-needed basis

• Possess minimum Diploma in relevant subject area and 1-2 years’ experience in QMS role in a medical device company
