Job Responsibilities

• To improve, implement and maintain factory-wide QA/QC documentation and programmes in compliance with the company’s GMP SOP to ensure materials, components, finished products and reporting are conform to customers’ requirements and industry standards

• To assist HOD in coordinating and implementing QA/QC daily activities, and ensure that the quality of products conformed to product specifications and customers’ requirements.

• Implement Strict QC SOPs, ensure all packer at production floor are adequately trained and competent to execute their responsibilities effectively in their respective work areas

• To perform bulk inspection on incoming products and review on the product certificate of analysis based on the registered specification.

• To plan production schedule, procedures, work instruction for overall quality control and coordinate on effective implementation for such plans, procedures or instructions.

• To conduct QC of product quality parameters daily with scheduled and random spot-checks, approve product release, sampling instructions, specification, test methods, and other quality control procedures

• To identify, propose and source consumables, equipment and machines related to Packing Plant and Quality Assurance.

• Maintain accurate records, organize and maintain the filing system for all company documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed, ensure that all documents are current, properly formatted, and accessible to relevant personnel

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

• To liaise with third parties on matters related to the company’s GMP production facilities, machineries maintenance, certifications renewal, audits, customer feedback and product complaints. The third parties shall include certification body, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.

• Assist in various production support functions as required by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Science, Business or related discipline

• At least 2 years of working experience with knowledge in QA/QC, familiar with standards and practices such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and any other Quality Management certifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills, independent and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in meeting deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic team player and

Quality Operations Specialists must assist site management to oversee the quality system execution on the manufacturing and production areas at all times.

The personnel are required to observe, document, discuss, and report quality adverse events related to the manufacturing of the product and are responsible to ensure highest quality and compliance of released batches.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products manufactured meet approved company policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide quality oversight of GMP manufacturing and manufacturing support, including technical operations, engineering, QC laboratory and supply chain activities.
• Review completed incoming material inspection packages, Batch Records, Manufacturing Logs, product changeover/line-clearance activities and administration of Quality Logs, e.g., QA Hold, QA tag out.
• Release incoming material, process, and product batches.
• Participate in investigations arising out of non-compliance in incoming materials, QC testing, manufacturing processes, warehousing, and product.
• Participate in change management, including change coordinator and/or QA oversight roles to ensure change plan is managed and complies with applicable policies.
• Perform regular walk-through of manufacturing, engineering, warehouse and QC areas as required to ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
• Participate and support new product introduction, operation excellence projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

About You:

• Bachelor Degree in a Natural Sciences (i.e. Biology, Chemistry), Engineering, Pharmacy or other relevant courses.
• Prior knowledge of quality / compliance management as well as regulations and standards affecting APIs / Biologics.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/or Compliance (GxP) environment.
• Experience in SAP, Trackwise are preferred.
• Ability to quickly know products and processes in order to assess quality issues.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. Proper handling of customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on enquiries related to cable standards, test reports and handling of customer complaints.

2. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection when required or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action by liaising with the supplier.

3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

Skills & Qualification:
