About the Team:

The TikTok Fundamental team will focus on frontend development. We will also focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for experienced frontend engineers to develop web/hybrid applications.

1. To develop user-interfaces for TikTok Live on PC/ Mobile Devices, including Middle platform, Operating platform, Products for users, Events with Multi-scales and etc.

2. To develop infrastructures such as engineering solutions that will be supporting TikTok Live's business and productivity tools and platforms.

3. Create the ultimate user experience and support the growth and development of the TikTok Live Ecosystem with high-quality design and coding.

4. Explore and implement efficient collaboration methods to enhance the efficiency of remote and cross-regional communication and support the iteration of our business.

Qualifications

1. Solid front-end programming skills with experience in solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.

2. Understand front-end engineering and component development, having a certain design skill set and familiar with at least one MV* framework.

3. Having excellent service awareness, learning ability, communication and collaboration ability and english language skill to use in communication and collaboration.

4. Good to have experience in multi-end (Native/PC/Server) development.

Paid Acquisition team intro

Paid Acquisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. Day to day we confront the challenge of complicated engineering issues, e.g. design data-intensitve architecture, ensure data consistency across multiple data centers, guarantee fund security, etc. We work closely with data and algorithm teams to build models to better understand the world's biggest and most diverse user base; and also build platform foundations to improve the efficiency of delivering new product strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Design and develop high-performant, high-reliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok's products.

-Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features end-to-end.

-Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with high-quality and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major

-Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.
