Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to manage and enhance supplier quality for thermal cooling solutions within the electronics and computing sectors. The role involves collaborating with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards, improving processes, and resolving quality-related issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Quality Assurance: Develop and implement monitoring systems to ensure supplier materials and components consistently meet quality requirements. Address and resolve non-conformance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in supplier quality engineering, ideally within manufacturing or electronics.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
• Proficient in supplier audits, corrective action implementation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and be based in Vietnam
