The RAQA Manager is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and quality affair functions within the organization. The RAQA Manager will work closely with the Head of RAQA and cross- functionally with teams including R&D, Product Development and Operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements and regulatory strategies are effectively implemented and quality systems are maintained and improved.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Prepare good quality technical documentation.

(b) Manage regulatory submissions for pre-market product registration, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely market entry and compliance.

(c) Stay up to date on evolving regulations and guidelines and provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory landscape.

(d) Monitor post- market surveillance and timely reporting to regulatory authorities.

(e) Prepare and support internal audits, regulatory inspections and audits by notified body, regulatory agencies, partners, and addressing any findings or non- compliance issues that arise.

(f) Support supplier management and audits.

(g) Manage and maintain the effectiveness of Quality Management System (ISO 13485).

(h) Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and quality processes.

(i) Provide training to employees on regulatory and quality requirements.

(j) Responsible for database, processes and systems within RAQA.

Qualifications and Competency

(a) At least Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.

(b) At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs and quality affairs in medical device industry.

(c) In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (US FDA, EU MDR, TGA, SG HSA etc)

(d) Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, regulatory and quality standards

(e) Excellent project management, organizational and problem solving skills

(f) Strong attention to details with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

(g) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

(h) Proficient in Microsoft Office

(i) Background in medical device manufacturing would be an added advantage.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Knowledge in cable testing and specification requirements will be required to understand Customer complaints (technical & logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. 3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

4. Liaising with relevant departments to effectively close the Customer complaints

5. Maintain records in SAP

6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

8. Supplier claim processes and 8D report.

9. Prepare and issue Customer Test Certificates & COC

10. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by Superior.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing standards development projects under the national standardization programme administered by Enterprise Singapore.
• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committees and Working Groups. This includes preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, report compilation, drafting of standards, etc.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Quality Modeller to join HD4. Working collaboratively with a team of population health scientists, geospatial scientists, and data engineers the post holder will lead on building various emission inventories and air quality models for Singapore which incorporate the various air pollution sources in the country and allow for linkage with the geolocations of participants of the Singapore 100K cohort (SG100K), including some geo-located behavioural data. The models will also be set-up and used subsequent scenario modelling to estimate the impact of interventions on air quality and health and disentangle the various sources through source apportionment. This role requires a multi-skilled individual that can work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with researchers to understand the data needs of the programme and contribute to the design of scientifically robust and policy relevant models linking emission inventories to air quality models and spatially and temporally assigning exposures for human participants in subsequent epidemiological analyses and health impact assessments.
• Data, identification, production, and assembly: Collaborate with team and external scientists, national and local organizations, and conduct independent literature reviews to produce and synthesise the required data sources with high temporal and spatial resolution and to link data across various sources.
• Data verification validation: Identify and use various primary collected data and published secondary data from peer-reviewed and grey literature to verify and validate produced emission and air quality model outputs. Job Description:

• Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ensure GMP compliance throughout manufacturing processes
• Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate processes and identify improvements
• Review and approve batch records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Monitor batch control processes, investigating and addressing deviations
• Perform Installation Qualifications (IQs) and Operational Qualifications (OQs) for equipment and systems
• Manage Change Control processes, ensuring regulatory compliance for process changes
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Chemical/Biochemistry/Life Sciences or any related discipline.
• Strong knowledge in GMP
• Prior experience in Pharma, Change/Batch Control
• Able to commence immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the designing and evaluating processes, mechanisms, and equipment used in inspection and testing.
• Responsible for root cause analyses of incidents that necessitate corrective actions.
• Responsible for quality assurance tests and statistical analyses to assess control levels and manage risks related to product quality
• Ensuring that corrective measures and deviations meet with the standards
• Responsible for the creating and executing methods and procedures for whole process of production equipment (e.g. the inspection, testing, and evaluation of the products).

Requirements

• Min Diploma in engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in Quality Management
• Certified in API Q1, Q2, ISO and other relevant auditor would be advantages.
