ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite & explain the importance to workers at the time of safety talk/tool box meeting
• Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Control Automation Project Manager to lead and deliver projects aimed at automating key technology controls within our organization. Risk Management and Compliance

• Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and control automation.
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

• Track project performance and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, testing results, and lessons learned.

• Good understanding of Group T&O strategy and its implications managing strategic programs with respect to technology risk management role.
• Support the Risk Management leadership team in shaping, defining, and driving longer term T&O risk management strategy

• Escalate appropriately to ensure the Global Head, T&O Risk Management is updated and able to intervene as required.
• Ensure risk ownership by AE and Chief Product Owner of strategic programmes – specifically ownership of residual risk evaluations and associated remediation activities.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with policies applicable to which impact technology risk. Challenge processes, procedures, and policy if there is opportunity for improvement.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology risk, IT governance, or automation.
• Strong understanding of technology controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with automation tools, scripting languages, and software development methodologies.
• Proven experience in risk management strategic planning and organisational leadership, preferably in a complex organisational setting

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist management in reviewing internal control processes and implementation for improvements per group policies and procedures adherence.

2. Assist management in establishing new processes and safeguards in driving best practices and system implementation when required.
