ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. ● Strengthen donor relationship management by planning appreciation gestures including corporate mixers, appreciation luncheons, any event management and relationship building efforts with donors

● Represent organisation as a spokesperson at corporate, networking and fundraising events, social media and media engagements to advance company’s mission

● Engage corporates in poverty sensitization workshops and achieve the targeted number of paid engagements in the year

● Plan and execute annual fundraising and public events including International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day Carnival, Gala and Golf Fundraiser

General/Management

● Build capabilities in fundraising, donor and event management of the Fundraising team
