• Daily shift planning which includes organizing and assigning of resources to allotted workload ensuring high safety standards and targeted productivity are achieved
• Key liaison for both external customers and internal vendors
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Serve as the first point of contact for all escalations
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse and delivery workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Although this is a supervisory position, it is still very much a hands-on role and you will be expected to be involved in the day-to-day operations. This includes but not limited to sorting, dispatching and delivering parcels to the customer
• This role is located in the west region of Singapore

Basic Qualifications include

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
• Must possess a Class 3 (or equivalent) valid driving license
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Demonstrable leadership ability to lead and manage staff
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Bachelors Degree

Estimate food and beverage costs

Assist in sending daily sales report

Work with kitchen team on purchasing of supplies

At least 2 years of experience in a F&B outlet obtaining a managerial position

Daily washing up of restaurant area to maintain highest level of cleanliness & hygiene standard

Ability to professionally address customer complaints
