About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Contract Manager/QS to join the team. In this critical role, you will lead all commercial aspects of the projects, ensuring their successful and profitable delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading pre-contract negotiations and contract administration.
• Managing client & contractor’s relationships, including procurement and performance monitoring.
• Conducting cost analysis and preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Implementing cost control measures and managing project variations.
• Providing expert Quantity Surveying services, including value engineering and risk management.
• Resolving contract disputes and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in contract management and QS roles within the interior design or construction industry.
• Proven track record in successful project delivery and cost control.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., estimating software, project management software).
