Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. As a systems thinker, he or she will strategize and directs operational activities and translate organisational goals into achievable steps, anticipates and stays ahead of trends and takes advantage of opportunities. - Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management

- Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly.

- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)

- Recruiting of manpower for projects

- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site

6. Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

- Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites

- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations

- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

7. Manage cleaning teams

- Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

8. Manage incidents

- Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.

Assistant Manager (HR Business Partner)

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will partner with Heads of Departments (HODs) to provide HR guidance and service delivery across manpower planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning & Analytics:

• Collaborate with HODs to forecast manpower needs, analyze workforce data, and generate actionable insights.
• Provide reports on hiring, attrition, retention, and leave trends.

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including approvals, shortlisting, salary proposals, and offers.
• Liaise with stakeholders for licensing, accreditation, and privileging of medical staff.
• Implement and review HR policies, workflows, and compliance processes.
• Oversee onboarding, exit interviews, contract renewals, work passes, and HR-related billing.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Investigate workplace misconduct and employee grievances, ensuring proper resolution.
• Advise HODs on performance, risk management, and staff counseling.
• Recommend interventions to enhance employee engagement.

Projects & Process Improvement:

• Drive process efficiency initiatives and support HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR qualifications or IHRP-CP preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (e.g., Success Factors).

Rostering of employees

Ensure inventory is sufficient for the operation of the outlet, and order when stocks are low

Ensure outlet is well kept and regularly cleaned and free from pests

Willing and able to fill in roles where employees are absent on medical or leave or short handed

(eg Mop clean floors / Wash dishes / Collect dishes and clear/clean tables / cashiering)

Willing to work split shifts (eg 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm)

Requirements:-

• SAP & Linux knowledge
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Good understanding of test methods and concepts
• Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
