Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production processes, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the company, leveraging industry contacts as appropriate.
• Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage the budget for the factory, including the cost of materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
• Train, supervise and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the company remains competitive.
• Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain specific customer & supplier master data prices and payment terms and lead-times.

· Prepare and maintain all records of Quotations, Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO); Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing Lists (PL) of cargo; Payments; Customer returns as well as Inventory and stock-taking records.

· Follow up on Quotations to customers; Customers’ Purchase Orders & Payments; as well as Purchase Orders & Payments to Suppliers by liaising with the respective parties.

· Provide after-sales support to Customers including managing cancellation requests and customer returns, while ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and credited.

· Liaise with Suppliers on customer returns and credits.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in an Aviation or Manufacturing related industry.

· Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Support Tools is a plus.

· Proven track record of managing customer support teams and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret customer metrics and drive data-informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Drive GDC migration project end to end including data center setup and application migration tracking
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

As a member of the Management Team, you will provide clear leadership and vision for the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, logistics and cost. You are responsible to lead, strategize and structure to ensure that A & One has the best-in-class quality assurance and controls management systems. You are also required to define, monitor and report on key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across all quality functions to achieve operational excellence.

1. Work closely with the Management Team and Stakeholders to define and implement the company strategy map.
2. Lead the Quality Department to implement effective quality assurance and control processes to ensure that the product delivered meet customers’ requirement and achieves company quality objectives.
3. Review/prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other operational procedures in accordance with the technical specifications, customer's needs and requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices.
4. Identify and integrate relevant QA software into existing quality process flow to increase work efficiency and productivity.
5. Establish, implement and maintain Quality systems in compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 and ISO13485 standards.
6. Define, monitor and report on company key performance indicators.
7. Work closely with all departments (production, engineering, sales) to ensure that we can deliver 100% On-Time Delivery, Zero Defects and Zero Customer Returns on all customers’ orders.
8. Support sales team when required by working together to liaise with external customers and stakeholders to deliver timely corrective actions.
9. Lead internal team to resolve quality escalation by customers through systematic root cause analysis for effective and timely corrective actions.
10. Drive continuous improvement programs such as annual quality planning, lean six sigma improvement projects, quality audits, etc to achieve operational excellence
11. Implement risk assessment systems for all critical control points in the whole quality process flow.
12. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
13. Develop and continuously build staff competencies, skills and knowledge through competency gap analysis and team members’ career progression and development plan.
14. Sustain excellent workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances.

Mandatory Experience

• 8 to 10 years of senior quality management experience in precision engineering, contract manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.
• High Proficiency and knowledge in CMM Programming, measurement and calibration equipment
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Knowledge and experience in surface treatment
• Experience in writing non-conformance and corrective actions reports (e.g. 8D, F23, NCR) for customers
• Certified Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY

• Group Internal Audit (GIA) is looking for an exceptional and dynamic Audit Manager to join our Change Transformation audit team.
• This global role includes executing audits across Ways of Working (WOW), project lifecycle, Classic and Agile delivery, project governance, reporting and monitoring, scheduling, resource management and financial management.
• This role will get to work on more complex audits such as cross-functional and multi-location high risk audits and will also provide you the opportunities to interact and engage with both Group and Country Stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Maintain an awareness of the Group's business strategy and model, and an understanding of the Group’s Transformation priorities.

Business

• Perform, support, or lead where directed, the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives to established GIA standards and timelines.
• Deliver quality audit reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, measurable and value-added recommendations.
• Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members and the wider GIA and provide advisory to internal auditors from both Business and Technology on Change Management.
• Assist in standardisation and documentation of processes, risks, and controls and work with internal stakeholders to build a comprehensive and simple test procedures for Change Management. Liaise with Change Management standard owners where required.
• Assist to track and consolidate all Change related audit issues raised by GIA, Regulators or Monitors and provide periodic updates to internal GIA Management and senior risk committees of the Bank.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of, and compliance with, GIA methodology standards and the GIA system in all areas of assigned GIA activity.
• Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data (using data analytics) to diagnose underlying issues, patterns and root causes.
• Monitor and track assigned audit issues and action plans, and report overdue items to the Head of Audit (HOA) for resolution.

• Execute audits in-line with the Group Internal Audit methodology.

People & Talent

• Build good working relationships with the business audit teams to facilitate execution of integrated audit work.
• Assists in maintaining the right relationships with the Business leading to sound audit recommendations and channels of audit related communication and monitoring.

Risk Management

• Complete relevant risk assessment activities in a timely and effective manner, including the completion of Risk Assessment template.
• Assist in continuous auditing and monitoring of key risks in Change Management.
• Follow changes in the laws and regulations to identify emerging risks

Governance

• Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements to deliver effective Transformation governance, oversight, and controls.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in a regulated financial institution or equivalent such as fintech
• Knowledge and experience in Change Management (e.g. Project Management Planning, Agile Practitioner) is required
• Ability to maintain an awareness of the Group's business strategy and model, and an understanding of the Group’s Transformation priorities.
• Ability to perform, support, or lead where directed, the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives to established GIA standards and timeline
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining credibly effective working relationships with counterparts in Group Internal Audit and business stakeholders
• Professional Audit Certification (CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP etc) and experience in executing a risk-based Audit Methodology, or a similar methodological approach

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director/Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.
