You will also be responsible for the completion of the Loadsheet and its related Weight and Balance documentation in accordance to IATA rules and regulations, handling pre-load calculations, load distribution and planning, timely issuance of loading instructions, and timely presentation of loadsheets to pilots before flight departures.

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections.

• Attend to unit owner’s defects during Defect Liability Period.
• In-charge of the handover of the common areas to management team.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree related to QA/QC knowledge
