Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various departments and ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

1. In-House Sales Department: Oversee and guide the team in generating quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and performing data entry tasks.
   Ensure that the sales team is meeting objectives and following operational procedures.
   
2. QAQC Department: Supervise and guide the team in document and certificate monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
   Coordinate certification audits and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
   
3. Account Department: Review and monitor monthly accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
   Ensure the timely submission of GST, CPF, and other required reports.
   
4. Warehouse Management: Supervise and manage stock in and out procedures, maintaining accurate inventory control and records.
   Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including storage, stock management, and distribution.
   
5. Import and Export Operations: Oversee the management of import and export activities, ensuring timely processing of goods.
   Coordinate with relevant parties for customs clearance, shipments, and logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle day-to-day financial operations within the company & group (payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other transactions)
• Record accounts payable and staff claims and process payment
• Follow up on accounts receivable collections.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and perform timely reconciliations.
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements (eg. GST submission).
• Liaise with various internal parties such as key account managers and external parties such as bankers, suppliers, sub-contractors and auditors.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

• Assists the Outlet Manager in preparing annual operating budget in conjunction with Director of F&B.
• Assists the Outlet Manager to maximize profitability of the restaurant & room service.
• Ensures that staff completely understand company policies & standards
• Assists the Outlet Manager in analyzing menus and products of competitive restaurants & room service.
