The Problem Manager for Major Incident is a Service Operations Specialist who is responsible to maintain high levels of service and ensuring all service recovery, protective mitigations, stakeholder communications and problem management activities are performed. The incumbent will act as one of the faculty liaisons at Science Dean’s Office for the Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes’ rapid expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Asset Management team is responsible for BW Group vessels management activities such as investment/divestment of vessels, identify business opportunities, generate returns through asset play, long term projects and/or forward paper markets as well as supporting other business units in their sales and purchase activities.

Job Description

This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include administration, education and training, collaboration and partnership, and secretariat functions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Director and Head of Operations at the ACHS, the Assistant Manager will be part of the team to support the core duties of the centre:
a) Centre Administration
- Point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects
- Support researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements by working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices
- Liaise and support the centre's leads and research staff to meet the centre's objectives of the centre
