About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager, Business Development, to join our Care Experience team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Care Experience.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Doctor Anywhere’s innovative Shield technology and professional assessment solutions among insurance providers offering Integrated Shield Plans (IPs). You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, building strong relationships with key decision-makers within insurance companies, and positioning Doctor Anywhere as the partner of choice for enhancing their IP offerings. You will also be the account manager for newly acquired clients, liaising with the operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and manage ad-hoc client queries.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

● New Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential insurance clients who can benefit from Doctor Anywhere's Shield Solutions

● Sales: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Doctor Anywhere’s Shield Solutions

● Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive offerings, identify industry trends, and anticipate client needs

● Account Management: Managing acquired clients to ensure successful onboarding, payments / collections, and ongoing client satisfaction

About you

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

● 6-8 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role within the healthcare or insurance industries, with a strong preference for candidates with knowledge of the Integrated Shield Plan landscape in Singapore

● Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions or services to insurance companies

● A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, claims processes, and the evolving needs of insurers in the digital age

Tax Manager

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations, and will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our Group’s tax compliance and strategy. The Tax Manager will work closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that our tax practices are compliant and optimized for our global operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tax strategies, managing tax audits, and ensuring compliance with all local and international tax laws. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and other relevant tax submissions in accordance with Singapore tax laws.
• Tax Planning: Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position. Identify and evaluate tax-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated on local and international tax legislation, regulations, and industry trends. Conduct research on tax-related issues and provide actionable insights to management.
• Audit Support: Coordinate and manage tax audits with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and other relevant authorities. Prepare necessary documentation and responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance/advisory, preferably with prior experience as a tax professional in international accounting firms.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws, including corporate tax, GST, and transfer pricing. Experience with international tax will be considered favourably.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform responsibility (Core Wound Closure including Plus Sutures & CV)

• Develops tactical and operational Strategic Marketing plans and contributes to cutting-edge research and market analysis.
• Assesses brand awareness and reputation in the community to shape new marketing initiatives for company products and services.
