Summary

This position is responsible for the entire credit granting process, bill collection, including the consistent application of a credit policy. Credit applications:

· Process credit applications within 10 working days, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally. The credit worthiness of all applicants is formally checked and approval must be received from the Director of Finance.

• To lead the store Business Plan process together with the Steering Team and proactively work with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience across all touchpoints to provide relevant insights;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Hotel. Oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping & Laundry, Food & Beverage, Security and Engineering departments
